Our Foundation for Success
Ron Cox began the business in 1998 in Dexter, MO when he became interested in becoming self-employed. The first year as a business owner, Ron hired 3 employees and started the business by mowing lawns and cleaning parking lots with minimal equipment. With each year’s continued success and growth, up to approximately 20 more employees have been added, and a shop and office have been established on land which stores a significant amount of equipment and supplies. Ron has overseen and managed the merging of 3 businesses, to what has now become North American Property Maintenance Inc. In addition, Ron maintains a Missouri Chemical Applicators License.
Our business today now provides total property maintenance for both commercial and residential customers. And procedures are in place which will customize each job according to the customers’ terms. When possible, documented evidence and digital photographs of our completed work, are obtained. This is one way potential new customers can see the excellent results we achieve in our business.
